MEN'S ROUNDUP  |  SEPT. 9 - 11

Men’s Roundup is a Christian men’s camping retreat and conference held in a forested mountaintop setting at Camp Tadmor in Lebanon, Oregon where men are encouraged to believe, obey, connect, and lead. Roundup features an inspiring primary speaker, well-known guest artists and musicians, biblical teachers leading action workshop breakout sessions, great food, and opportunities for guys to worship, learn, grow, and connect with other guys. Roundup is also a wonderful opportunity to appreciate God’s beautiful creation, hang out with friends, and break a sweat in the Roundup Race or other sports competitions and outdoor recreation activities.

PASTOR CHAD MOORE  |  SPEAKER

Chad Moore is Lead Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church located in Arizona.  When Chad began his ministry at Sun Valley in 2004, the average attendance was 800 and the church met on one campus.  Today Sun Valley meets in six locations and averages 20,000+ in online and in-person attendance combined.  Sun Valley has been listed by Outreach Magazine as one of the 100 fastest growing churches in America. Chad is passionate about the local church and the expanse of the cause of Christ in the United States and all over the world. He serves churches both as a Leadership Coach and Multisite Specialist. Chad is happily married to his wife Katrina, a native of Scotland, and they are the proud parents of two majestically awesome boys.

AUSTIN FRENCH  |  MUSICIAN

“I grew up in church, was surrounded by church culture, but I hated Christians for a long time,” Austin says. “Our family was the family that pretended to be perfect on Sunday but was falling apart behind closed doors. As an eight-year-old boy, I was living two different lives, expected to be perfect on Sunday and then living in fear at home.”
It was at a church music camp at the age of 13 where Austin’s life was changed forever. He went to camp to learn to play guitar, hoping to impress girls. Instead, Austin heard this message from one of the camp leaders: Don’t judge Jesus on the broken people He came to save. The words described his life perfectly. He’d been judging Jesus for his own family’s brokenness, being hardened by the people around him whose faith was anything but authentic. Austin made the decision there at camp to not only commit to music, but to follow Jesus with his whole life. “I knew I wanted music to be a part of my life, but I also knew I wasn’t going to do it to get girls. I wanted to write music for broken people.”

BREAKOUT SPEAKERS  |  COMING SOON

Each year we provide not only an awesome primary speaker but engaging and informative breakout speakers you can go to during your free time throughout the event. This year we’ll be bringing back the same format we did in 2019 with four speakers only. This allows you and your group to visit all four if you wish during the course of the event. We haven’t nailed down the specific speakers but you can expect them to focus primarily around the  Men’s Roundup values (seen below).
  • We value men in their Biblical roles and responsibilities as husbands, fathers, leaders of households, church and community leaders, intercessors, mentors and disciple makers, disciples, and worshipers.
  • We value men of all generations learning in the company of men.
  • We value and support men’s ministry in the local church.
  • We value being culturally relevant and generationally inclusive.
  • We value the offering of gifts, talents, and abilities for Kingdom work.
